Overview

Titanium bar is machined into parts that must stay strong and free of corrosion in seawater, acids and chloride service. We supply commercially pure grades for corrosion duty and alloy Grades 5 and 23 where higher strength is needed.

CSM Group is one of the few producers that controls quality across the whole process, from melting titanium sponge to the finished bar, and produces to ASTM, GB or mutually agreed standards.

Typical applications

  • Pump shafts, impellers and valve parts
  • Studs, bolts and fasteners for corrosive service
  • Machined fittings and instrument components
  • Medical-grade bar to ASTM F136 on request
